This is my perfect balance breakfast! Sooo good for you. I start by drinking a whole cup of green tea first then i’ll make another glass. One whole egg with egg whites for protein, almonds for healthy fats, and half a slice of whole wheat toast with a swipe of peanut butter and cinnamon on top for carbs. Super delicious and only 244 calories :) <3 L. Healthy Obsessed
